Delete your account.
You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time — from inside the app, or through this page if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete your account from the app
If you still have access to the app, you can request account deletion directly from the app:
- Open the app
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
After confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be deleted, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or accounting reasons.
Request account deletion without the app
If you have deleted the app or cannot access your account from the app, you can request account deletion using the form below.
To help us identify your account, please provide as much information as possible.
For security reasons, we must verify that you are the owner of the account before deleting it.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete the account. After we receive your request, we may contact you to confirm account ownership.
Once account ownership is confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or accounting reasons.
